I had No idea of what I really needed and Mike Awesome, the sales rep, went above and beyond to assist me with all my questions as well as getting my products loaded in my car, which was a test since I had driven my small car that day. It is such a pleasure going into a store and having someone genuinely act concerned with my needs and not feel like we, the customer, are putting someone out when asking for assistance. I hope This Sporting Goods store realizes what a valuable employee they have with Mike and he is recognized for his customer service.
