I have called IHOP 5 times and waited to ask if you are open on thanksgiving day 2022 at the ihop on 183 in Austin texas. No one ever comes on the phone. The ihop website is not clear whether they will be opened or not or if you need reservation for thanksgiving day.

I ate ate I hop on My Birthday November 12 2018 and I ordered a steak Breakfast and raised the steak up and on the plate was green pancake frosting. The plate was filthy and I showed it to the waiter and she acted like it was no big deal and wanted to know if I wanted something else and I said No. She kept saying it will be OK and I asked her if she would eat it and she said No. I asked to talk to manager and the manager never came to the table .This was my favorite place to eat at first. It did not seem to matter to the waitress at all. Two people had take me out for my BD and The fact that I had ate of a nasty plate was terrible.
