I can’t commend Angel of the Ariana street Walgreens Pharmacy staff in Lakeland Fl. enough. She was so calmly helpful on the phone and in person to accomplish a walk in booster vaccination for an invalid brought to her, as well as facilitating the same for the transport driver on a last minute request to include him as well. She showed NO negativity, no “reasons why not” but just calmly and pleasantly did it, amidst holiday chaos.

Dr. Had to send twice. Inefficient system at foxrun. Need separate line and dedicated person for vaccines. Need faster turn around of rx. Need to put “closed on weekends” in phone message and on website. Poor management.
