This is a great company until you have some problem. Then the customer service people are nowhere to be found.
Great company. One little complaint though, if wish you could stay open longer on just one day of the week, because with my current job, I cannot get there in time after work.
I just went to the cb in Placentia. Sunday am about 7:30 We drove through for my small Pumpkin Latte extra hot. It was Luke warm I had to reheat it in the microwave not acceptable. Note to self to take the offered receipt. We were the second in line for the drive through. A female took the order and a male was working the window. My husband said I should learn because the cup wasn’t hot barely warm. I usually do a mobile order but this time went in my pjs. Otherwise this is my favorite location everyone is so pleasant and my order is always correct
